Meditation is our most natural state of being.  It connects us to our divine Self. It is a state of being completely healthy and whole.

BREATH

Breath is the anchor into the body.  With breathing techniques one can quiet the thinking mind, helps to focus and concentrate leading to meditation.

SOULMOTION

SoulMotion is a conscious dance practice. Its inquiry through four landscapes of Self, Relationship, Community and 'All as One' Is an insightful, fun, mystical journey of exploring oneself through music and movement.

VINYASA

Vinyasa means linking breath to movement. This class connects postures through the sun salutations. It creates heat and can be athletic, blending flexibility, strength and balance.

BIKRAM

Bikram Yoga  is a set series of twenty six poses, repeated twice starting and ending with breathing exercises.  When visiting a studio worldwide you will find the room set at a minimum  of 105 degree temperature and 40% humidity.

RESTORATIVE

A Restorative class helps you focus on relaxing your body and cleansing your mind while lingering in postures, there  is the opportunity to dive deeper into one's own psyche.
